What is 360 Degree Feedback?


360° feedback assesses an individual on desired behavioural competencies by capturing feedback from his / her seniors, juniors, peers and their views on themselves. The behaviours can be based on leadership competencies or organisational values translated into observable behavioural indicators.

The tool helps in identifying areas of development for each participant and helps in designing a recommended plan for moving from current to the desired behaviours.
