The Beginning

Akademos was founded by Saad and Amanullah in Lahore to replace gut-based decisions with data-backed insights.

First Milestone

Long-term partnership with Packages Mall grows (activations, surveys, mystery shopping, and research portal digitization).

New Sectors

Work with the British Council to map 6,000+ UK alumni across Pakistan, expanding into education and cultural sectors.

Product Foundation

Development begins on the Digital Consumer Panel, enabling faster, more cost-effective data collection.

Larger Research Mandates

DevelopmentMajor studies like PMRC’s Housing Market assessment establish Akademos as a trusted advisor for policy and financial research.

Service Expansion & Footprint

Launched sentiment analysis/social listening with Dawlance (17k–25k datapoints/month). Conducted MEL for U Bank (2,000+ beneficiaries, 35 districts). Karachi office established and the team expanded across multiple cities.

AI & FMCG

Entered data annotation with a 90+ person team, supporting FMCG brands (e.g., P&G) with image labeling for ML.

Regional Expansion
